One Virginia man was arrested after he was dressed as “The Joker.”
The 31 year old Jeremy Putman, was arrested after he was spotted walking down
the street with a paint-covered face, a cape, and a sword in Winchester.
He was charged with wearing a mask in
public.
Officers said they want to remind the public
of the seriousness of the crime.
Putman was released on 2,000 bail, according
to reports.
