Authorities are yet to identify a woman who walked
into U.S. Rep. Danny Davis' office on Chicago's West Side, drank a hand
sanitizer, poured the remaining sanitizer over herself and set herself on fire
with a lighter.
Police say the woman was taken to a hospital in serious
condition with burns.
According to the report, news released from
Davis' office says that Davis was not in the office at the time the woman came
in around 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Staff responded with a fire extinguisher, but the
woman ran out while still on fire.
