According to Daily Post, AlHassan said various tests
carried out on the girls have shown that they need to be operated upon.
The minister also told newsmen that the girls are
undergoing medical treatments that will last 7 days.
She said “The 82 Chibok girls are currently
undergoing medical screening in Abuja.
“Some of them need surgery; this should be completed
in two to three weeks.”
The Federal Government had earlier donated drugs and
other personal items for the upkeep of the girls.
According toreports, the girls will soon be re-united with their families.
