According daily mail, the
engagement took last weekend in the Lake District.
Less than a
year after she began properly dating the hedge fund manager, they are now
engaged to be married.
It was reported that James asked
her father Michael Middleton for his consent before the proposing to Pippa.
James Matthews, 40, asked Pippa
Middleton, 32 to marry her and she said yes.
The proposal according to
the report left Pippa completely surprised.
