A California homeowner discovered
something strange upon opening their bedroom door of the newly purchased house.
The Los Angeles Times reported Monday
that the homeowner found dead body of an eighty four year old man who was
identified as Salvatore Orefice on a bed.
According to the report, the buyer
had paid $430,000 for the house last month.
A 75 years old woman by name Mary
Karacas, was arrested on suspicion of murder in regards to the man’s death.
Police said the new homeowner called
them to inform them about the body of the dead man he found on a bed in his new
house.
Karacas was interrogated and she told
detectives that she and Orefice got into argument and she shot him. Karacas also
admitted that she had been into relationship with Orefice until the incident.
It was reported that Orefice and
Karacas had 30 days to vacate the home after they sold it.
