Kate has revealed her secret to staying in shape
The Duchess of Cambridge has revealed a far simpler secret to staying in shape…running around after her children.

While attending a garden party in New Delhi with husband, William, The Duke of Cambridge, to honour the Queen’s upcoming 90th birthday, the 34-year-old mum-of-two was asked how she managed to stay so slim after having children, George, 2 and Charlotte, 11 months.
“We said, ‘How do you lose all the weight after having two kids?’ And she said, 'I am running after my kids,’” fellow guest Prof BulBul Dhar-James revealed to reporters after speaking with the Duchess at the party.

Prof Dhar-James, also asked her how she kept cheery through all the engagements.
“I asked her ‘aren’t you tired of smiling?’ And she said ‘I’m just reciprocating. Everyone is so warm.”
“They were both really gracious. She was so welcoming and warm. We told her ‘You look much better in person than in your photographs’,” she added.
Another guest at the event, Deepa Thomas Sutcliffe, told reporters that she’d spoken to the Duchess briefly about Princess Diana – and Kate had expressed regret at not having had the chance to meet her husband’s late mother.

The Duchess of Cambridge once again hit the royal tour style mark at the event in a nude and black patterned maxi-skirt (£1,995) and crop top (£995) by one of her favourite designers, Alice Temperley. With her hair elegantly curled in a half up/half down style, and over sized statement earrings Kate nailed it as she mingled with academics, politicians, army officials et al at the gardens of the British High Commissioner’s official residence.
